How to send a bug report we can actually fix.

Install on iPhone

Install TestFlight from the App Store — Apple’s free app, and how every iPhone beta is handed out.
Open the invite below, tap Accept, then Install. The orange dot beside the app name means beta — that is correct.
Note the build number at the top of TestFlight, reading something like 1.0.0 (15). Every report needs it.
To report a bug: screenshot, tap the preview in the corner, then Share → Share Beta Feedback. Your device, iOS version and build attach themselves.

Open the tester link below in Chrome, on an Android phone, signed in with the exact Google address we added. A bare “not found” page means that address is not on the list yet — tell us which one you use and we will add it.
Tap Download test app, then install from Play like any other app.
Build number: Settings → Apps → Frequency Files, at the bottom — something like 1.0.0 (15).
Play’s feedback box takes text and a star rating only — it will not accept a screenshot. So on Android, bugs go by email — the Submit bug tab.

Open the web app below — same account as the phone app, nothing to install.
It runs on a phone browser and on a desktop. Both are worth a look; they are not the same code.
On a phone you can add it to your Home Screen if you want it one tap away, the same way you would this guide.

One bug per report. Three problems in one message becomes one that gets fixed and two that get lost.
Include the build number — a bug in one build is often already fixed in the next.
What you did, what happened, what you expected — in that order, plainly.
Attach the screenshot. If it is audio, name the track, roughly how far in, and which of the four channels — Tonalities, Nature, Music, Voice.
